Just completed a major rebuild of my 1150GS and on first test ride the oil window has blown out with crankcase pressure.
I have done no work to the cylinders or pistons so assume the cause is simply a kinked or trapped crankcase breather pipe. Tank off in the morning will confirm.
My question is:- Am I likely to have damaged anything else such as oil seals.
Rear crank seals were just replaced and I'll cry if I have to strip it again. Want to be riding!
Any advise.
