Once upon a time someone on here sold "friction" cruise control . They clipped in the end of the throttle on your handle bars
As I have Parkinson's, I find that on long runs a way of smoothing out my shakey right hand .one of these would help me smooth out the throttle.

Has anybody got one lying around or pointing me in the right direction please
Thanks

Magwa

My old R100GS paralever had a thumbscrew under the throttle control, to adjust the resistance of the twistgrip.

As an alternative, one of those might fit your bike.

I have the thumb screw somewhere. Check if it's any good for you. There should be a hole with thread under the right hand twist grip.
