I've just purchased an Ortlieb rack pack from Gear Pac...great service...was promised for next day and I got it next day...can't get better than that

Has anybody got any pics of the 49l Rackpack sitting on a tail rack ?
I've just been away on my SE 950 and used a Kaoko bag and my little 13 lt Ortlieb dry bag.
I was so impressed with the latter that I might get a 49 litre rack bag which i would prob fit lengthways on my rack,see in pic below :

I'm just trying to gauge the size of the thing.
I know the dimensions,but seeing it on a bike will be much clearer.

I don't have any pics of a 49litre on a KTM, but I suspect you will find it should fit length wise fairly well as several guys I know use them on 950's.. HOWEVER... noting the position of your exhausts I suspect depending how big a guy you are and how much seat space you take up, the 49 might over hand a bit at the back, and given your angle of the exhaust you might need to put on a little extenda to your rack there to just deflect the gasses.
The dimesion are on the product descriptions on my site for each bag. So suggest you site on the bike, mark up where your back is roughly on the seat and measure back from the there.
You want the bag as far forward, or close to the middle of the bike as you can get to keep your CofG forward and stop excessive wear on the rear and making the front too light.
The 49ltr rackpacks are 61x34x32 cm when full and rolled shut for your measurement.

Channel Island & VAT
Arsey, I am still tinckering with the site code on that one for you folks in the channel islands. However in the meantime, if you want to order with vat exc, just drop me an email with the detail of the items you want and I will sort a manual paypal invoice out for you, for the vat corrected value.
Oh be warned too, the courier companies have recently increased their fee's for "the highlands and islands" regions. So I have to work postage rates individually for heavy items now. Single bags etc should still be ok, but heavy items or priority deliveries to the islands and northern scotland may cost extra i am afraid.
Why cannot they just be like the rest of us,, taxed to death

We have had more rackpacks in and seem's red is the colour of fashion.. all the bags going out this week are red.. have I missed something..??
I have also had some Exped Down Mats come in, standards and DLX's, not many and these could the last ones due in till the new year, so if you want one, I wouldn't hold off too long.
I have Exped Guy Line and Waterpoof Document Wallets going up short on the site. The later available in A6, A5 and A4 sizings, prefect for keeping those insurance docs in.

The website is set so that everything show "should" be in stock, but occasionally we get orders over the phone and multiple orders through the site which can put a bit of lag in the system, but as of my typing tonight..
I have 1x 49litre black rackpack left on the shelf.
2x 4ltr black waterbags.
1x 4ltr blue waterbag.
Prices are as per shop I am afraid. I try to be as competitive as I can for everyone, ukgser's, HU folks, adv riders and joe public etc.
Not easy being a small business in the leisure market at this time believe me.
