Output shaft seal

Hi

Although I’ve had several bikes over the years, I'm new to BMW's so please forgive my ignorance .

Last weekend I did some exploratory work on my 2006 R1200GSA looking for the cause of a possible rumble / vibration; this now seems to be sorted (thanks again for last week’s comments). Anyway, whilst I had the driveshaft out, I noticed a possible small leak / seep from my output shaft seal. As I'm hoping to have a few days away on the bike soon (probably camping in France), I was wondering if this is something you guys suggest I get sorted before I go, or is seepage from this seal common.

Best thing to do wipe area off maybe worth changing the diff oil very easy to do,then keep an eye on it if it's leaking you'll soon know
