It's going for a new ABS pump in the next couple of days, just waiting to here from BMW to see if they're gonna give me the part! Heard on another part of the site that some have managed it. Williams in Manchester said they would ask for a goodwill gesture if I paid the labour. I have a third party warranty but I still have to pay 30% of any part with them which would be about £360. Not bad I suppose for a £1300-£1400 repair
Had it in at ABW but unfortunately it's one job they can't do otherwise they could've cracked on with it

There is a premier inn with vacancy's 3 miles away but I'd prefer walking distance. Before I 'google it' anybody with local knowledge able to recommend an alternative please

just as an aside to the great motorcycle trip we will get we have been told that we may be flying on a new A380 Airbus as BA will have their new fleet by then. that would be very interesting indeed. there again a 747 isn't exactly boring

you would get one of them free, i did, although it's failure knackered a trip to the manx grand prix a few years ago
i have the work around lead under bike the seat anyhow so if it goes while your'e with me, sorted
