Paint/Coating on barrels?

The coating on my GSA 02 barrels has started to flake off and have signs of corrosion underneath the flakey area. Is there a suitable touch up in silver that I can use to replace the flakey bits?

Hammerite smooth silver, is I believe a reasonable match. Touched up some stone damage on my fins with it. Survived last winter.

A friend of mine told me he's used Hammerite Aerosol silver and the match is
perfect (he said ) Dont know about using it on an area that gets so hot

Had the same problem on my 02, Hammerite looks good and goes on well then a few weeks later it back to square one it just drop's of.

Best result I found I px'd it for a 1200

Spraying it on when the engine is warm helps.

I bought an aerosol from a dirt bike dealer which was Yamaha matt silver engine/casings paint.Went on a treat and is still there over a year later.Looks fine too.
