I was going to work this morning, i go past a speed camera, i looked at the clock to make sure i was only doing 30 then i realised i was looking at the rev counter it was on 3 What a plonker! so i guess i will get 3 points and £60, you would think they would put 30 and 70 on the speedo for the british market.Mind you it is a cracking bike.I had h and b crash bars fitted and a givi rack plus a fender extender.

forgive me for saying this, but probably more pertinant than BMW's R&D dept ensuring 30 and 70 is labelled for the UK market, i would imagine they had expected the UK market to not be daft enough to read the wrong dial, then winge about the lack of markings on the speedo, as you were looking at the rev counter, you'd not have seen the 30 or 70 even if was marked on the speedo !!

sounds a little like "a bad workman blames his tools" syndrome to me....
