Just a thought. How come petrol stations charge me a price that they cant give change for? For instance : Petrol (today) 115.9p per litre. It states on the pump Minimum delivery 2 litres. If my bike took 2 litres to top up that means 231.8p. If I hand over 232p do they give me a credit note for 0.2p? This morning put some fuel in the car and decided to stop the pump at 2 litres just to see what it read and guess what........They round it up to the next full penny!! 231.8p for 2 litres doesnt exist. Only multiples of 10 litres are correct, its petty I know but when you multiply this by how much they sell daily all those 0.2p - 0.8p rip offs must add up to a hell of a lot of money.
