Sharri, you trying to get me in trouble with your Da!

Err to put it Basicaly, riding the bike litteraly by the seat of yer pants.
A method of stearing/ guiding your bike using your hips and not your shoulders, and allowing the rider to take a load of waight off the handlebars.

Works really well on a sity uppy type bike, you need good stomach muscles and a head wind on a sports bike though.

HI all, the leg before ours is now short a GS baton rider so because there are 2 of us doing our leg I have offered to do this one. I will still do as much of our leg as I can but it seems silly to have both me and maria doing one leg when there is a leg close by that doesnt have a girl rider. Hope you all dont mind too much.

hi people,

need to let you know that there may be a small change to the route in wales, since i found out that lucy is riding two legs one directly after the other, and i have spoken to duchess about this i am now riding to RHyl to change over with lucy for section 6

so i will be riding from the severn bridge through to Rhyl now i need to know how much support i am going to have from aber up to Rhyl please

i know this is a pain in the buum , but i wanted to help lucy a little bit and it is all for charidee folks

I think I'm supporting from Aber to Liverpool, or is it Rhyl now?? Either way I don't live too far away and you are welcome to stay...as long as you behave oh and you bring the belly dancing kit

i have no idea where it is i could camp somewhere on the way over and look at some of the local stuff the archaeology and just go for a ride out thing you know spend some "i am not at work time" hee hee
