Pitfalls of keyless

Forgetfulness

I like my keyless fob up to now & haven't (yet) left it inserted anywhere but my pocket. I've had a few close shaves leaving my specs, they're of the lightweight flexible plastic variety with curvy arms. They quite easily get blown off the bike if I just put them on the seat so I insert the arms into two of the holes in the rack. Ive then ridden off & when the brain has engaged I think Shit! Glasses! & yup they're still clinging on for life.
Cant count the amt of times I've ridden off then realised its suddenly got very noisey.
Perhaps if I attach my earplugs to my glasses......:blast

Yeah. I do all that. Glasss, phone , wallet, camera....
I set off from my Mum's the other day, waved goodby and she said goodby back.
Funny, I could hear her....

no helmet!

Biggest problem for me is that, having had keyless and then just changing to a Triumph, I keep forgetting to take the key with me.

:blast

Nice to know i am not the only one who has the pat down routine and still forgets things.
Not done the helmet on but once left my back protector leaning against a tescos. Had to go back 10 miles when i realised.

Spectacles, testicles, watch & wallet.

Need to add keys now too!

I've done that with my top box keys too but luckily I had the foresight not to have them attached to my GTR1400 keyless fob... I know I'm a dumb ass sometimes. I leave it in my jacket pocket and never take it out unless I'm leaving my Jacket of course.
