FPC failed yesterday evening - my thoughts at the time approximated to a height-adjusting feature on the canal in east London: Bow Locks...

Pump

I#'ve only had my 2008 1200 for a year, and owning to the weather and my 1150, have only done about 3000 miles on it. It has now done about 15000 in total been in the garage for a while 'cos of the dreadful weather but no probs yet!!

Guess it's safe to post now..

In the end I Had 34000 kms on my 2005 GS. I had the fuel controller out 3 or 4 times to look at it.. washed the bike occasionally. Rode it in the wet on trips.

It never failed.
