I know it's here cos I've seen it before but I can't find it, must be buried in a thread somewhere.
I need to send a small box to Leeds & am looking for the details of the 'cost effective' solution for getting it there. From memory the company is somewhere / something between the Post Office & a courier. Our courier wants €65 to deliver it - I could probably get a Ryanair return flight for less :blast

Anyone have details pls ?

What I usually do Jochen is take a spin up North and post from there.

1 box from Rep to UK €37.00

same box from North to England £10.50 stg, that's less than €15.00 quite a saving and a nice wee spin on you moto.:aidan

I recently used parcel2go, might be worth a look mate..
Thanks snappo, have seen the name before but thought it was from the UK only. Their 'quick quote' doesn't appear to be working (or rather it's not giving me a price) but I'll try the 'booking' page.

Wish that I could take a spin up  Might have time on Sat but parcel needs to go now....

......for how much, if that's not a personal question.
......and if it is, I still want to know. :aidan

Cost, including cover for the €200 item & the Very Awful Tax, came to €21.
Much more fiscally responsible than using our normal couriers :thumb2
