Power socket position

Anyone know where the second power socket is fitted?

You know, the one up on the instrument cluster?

A photo would be useful,

On the beak, just forward of the the tank joint either or both sides if you like. Takes 1 hour or so.

Whip the tank off, drill the beak with a flatbit and wire directly to the battery, I soldered a ring connector to a short ( 6" ) 2.5mm cable and then fitted a triple connector block to the other end so you can connect other things to the supply i.e. alarm, lights, satnav etc

Personally, I'd put a 15 amp fuse somewhere in the line!

Definitely needs an in-line fuse.

And, Yes, I will be fitting a fuse...
