To be honest, nobody knew what it was that broke, but needless to say the little chip inside the bike didn't like something.... first there was a red warning light and an oily substance around the kill switch (go figure??) then there was the puddle of oil underneath the bike, then the next day the red light changed to yellow (I put this down to the bike losing fluids, hence the colour change in the warning light, a bit like losing blood, you get paler!)
Anyway, no one at BM seemed too fussed about it, as long as the brakes work then don't worry about it, seemed to be the general idea, which I quite liked!
Anyway No. 24 awaits you!!!! One thing for sure, I did like the way the bike handled off-road, not that I have loads of experience, but I rode a Dakar last year, and did serious damge to myself, this year the 1200 felt very agile, and good to ride in some very slippery conditions, tried a GSA (which I ride) and had trouble switching gears, but I'm sure with a large hammer this could be rectified!
