PRAISE FOR DALKEITH

business is business my boy..................

That's a major departure for you? You're normally a Dundee-man.... Y'ken ? :nenau

Al:)

You right Al but as they say a change is as good as a rest, and the deal was much better . Dundee were approached first but mustn`t have wanted my old K1300GT !!!!!!
Very satisfied with MCE.:blagblah

Shinyface :D

No when I say Struan thats exactly where I live.................unless you mean the one on Skye ?:D

Aha, I see, just taken a look at Google Maps.

Personally I think you're trying to confuse someone even older than yourself. :D

...it worked... :blast

Even older than me............erm:blast that will be you then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Freeloader for your previous good service via Clarks, as you know my RT1200 was collected and serviced by Dundee a few weeks ago but that was by three series and bike trailer ( you have previously used a white van man ).................now you know how easy it is to get confused:nenau

Shinyface ;)

Barely qualifies as a 3 series, it's only a 316... :tears:tears:tears

I'd much rather be a full time white van man than part time w.v.m. and part time 3 series and trailer man, but the choice is not mine! Glad you were happy with our service, sorry to see you go though, but I'd better not comment on that... :augie :D

I'll see if they are as good as MCW was when mah wee bikie is in for it's service soon.

WTF do you do in Dalkieth on a Saturday morning while the bikes being serviced??

Well, apart from avoiding the locals obviously....

Get a loaner and nip into Edinburgh to get a much needed injection of culture, obviously.....:blast

Or tell Ms Ramboomdea that she's making you breakfast. :nenau

You never know you may be promoted to a five series some day...........

thanks again

And I WOULD put a towbar on an M5. Someone has to. :D

Are you sure it's homologated to have one fitted or if there's even one that fits it...?

Nah...X6 M 5.0d with a nice streamlined trailer is what you need. I'll have a word with Clarkie about it for you, next time I see him......:augie

Make it quick laddie, that 316 has no cupholders and it's only a matter of time before my Lucozade goes everywhere...

Could their attitude and service be the reason I drove 100 miles to Dalkeith to buy my bike last year and then get them to service it rather than use the dealer 30 miles down the road ?????

ha +1

Used to enjoy the ride up the A68.

Then they give you a loan bike so its off to Meggets or into the Forest of Ae.

Part time wvm

Hi all to put your minds a rest I am the part tome white van man who works at Dalkeith.

I am a retired Lothian and Borders Police Motorcyclist who after retiring retrained as a motorcycle instructor CBT etc. then ADI advanced driving instructor for Honda UK. Now winding down at bit, but like to do something.

I'll try not to drop your bike or crash the van too often! :comfort
