Well done that man! :clap

(You wet sanded that guide coat a bit sharpish!)

Looks smart mate!

I dusted it first thing this morning and spent the rest of the morning flatting it

Thanks to you and the Dr for your advise

If your house is ever on fire or you're trapped in a car drop me a pm, cheers

You're welcome fella and I'll keep your services in mind! :eek

Are you pleased with the result? It's so satisfying eh! :thumb2

Yes I am happy with my first effort at spraying . it's not a full on professional job but I guess you need a spray booth. All in all i am very happy with the result and the finish fits in with the way I want the bike to look.

Mate all that matters is that 'your' happy with it, you're building the bike for you. Fair play!

That looks great. To be honest if you had it sprayed professionally it would look completely out of place on your machine. That wasn't meant to be a bad statement I just meant it all looks right and looks as it should.

Thanks for the compliment, I think

A couple of suggestions.

Perhaps remove the centre stand and the bolts that hold the handle bar clamps would benefit from having the stamped letters removed and thinning down a bit..

Looking good though.

Brian

Agreed Brian, waiting for some risers that have no bolts up top also the centre stand is going when I fit the battery under the frame on Monday
