Quest warranty ?

It's a shame that Garmin have this Jekyll and Hyde thing going on with their customer services......they appear to be totally crap with the communications thing but once you get in touch, their actual response to a problem is superb :thumb

Still waiting for my CN v8 :nenau

12 months old and maybe a few additional days- and Quest USB socket has parted company:

Unit finally fixed and returned by Garmin. Took about 2 weeks after I succeeded with a phone contact. Online support was useless and I still have receiven no email response- and I tried twice.

Happy now :thumb

2 weeks is good. Mine was 6 weeks with no communication in-between. It took 3 weeks of calling before I got through!
