I have nearly new Honda Africa Twin specific items for sale , such as EZcan Sahara and windshields. Is there a section for the sale of Honda specific parts.

I think it’s just the ‘bike related items for sale’ section.

As already said, put an add for bike specific parts in the “bike related items for sale” section.
But I always then signpost the sale with a heads up including a link to the add with a post in the bike specific section (which in your case would be here in the Africa twin section) to take readers direct to your add.
This will help casual passers by reading the African Twin threads to be aware of your sales elsewhere
