I have got a long weekend from the 28th -31st of this month free. I have been wanting to do a bit of a trip over to some of the ww1 battle site's. After searching I am a bit overwhelmed as to what there is to see, never the less I have come up with a plan (below). From all those that have done some of the site's, is what I am planning feasible in the time I have given. If it was just me going by myself then it would not be an issue but I would like to post it in the open invites.

Itinerary
Ferry from Harwich (£130) Thursday 27th of October 23.15,
Friday
Arrive hook holland 07.45
Ride to Ypres 1pm. Set up camp, warm up, have a walk round Ypres get some local info.
Saturday
Do a tour of the battlefields and anything else that is worth a visit.
Sunday
Pack up camp ride down to the canadian memorial at vimy, Ride on towards Amens, camp have a walk about.
Monday
Do the battlefields, museums or general site's of interest's. I am having trouble finding anything pacific to do (to much information to take in). Ride home anyway taking a ferry or more likely the tunnel.
Any thoughts would be welcome or suggestions as to what to visit. Nothing is set in stone.
All this will be done on a road bike so no major dirt tracks will be tackled, the occasion farm lane ok.
Cheers
