Had a Google search and found a site with reference to them.
JB Racing

Seems to come with y-piece.

Photo from their site.

....had a Quill can on a Yamaha Thunderace it was excellent although very very loud excellent build quailty!!:P

I saw them at the Manchester Bike Show in January & went to have a chat.

They used to be based near Lancaster, but have moved recently to somewhere near Warrington, I think. anyway, the guy in charge was explaining that they were getting a kit ready for the GS & they will fit it & dyno it as well as they have one of the top dyno's which includes fuel metering checks. I have had a Superchip fitted by Jefferies & he knows the company well. He was saying that he can send them the dyno data & they will send him the fuelling map to set it up with the can. Sounded great, but I've already got a Remus/Y piece & a dyno printout to show that it's running fine but it might be a good alternative for someone out there.

This is the dyno graph from the JB site.
Three lots of data... all unchipped I believe.

The bike in the picture belongs to a friend of mine who spent a full day at JB Racing trying different combinations of Remus, Quill T3, with and without BB powerchip.
After testing on the dyno the results show that the BB powerchip actually lost power by about 2 BHP. He sent the chip back and got a full refund.
The Remus made 0.5 BHP more right at the top end of the rev range but the Quill T3 made 2 BHP more through the mid range (which is where most of us are going to need it).
The end can sits a little lower than the Remus and the exit tube will definitely not melt rear indicators or set your luggage on fire.
The T3 is also fully road legal - a Remus with the baffle removed is not and the police are getting wise to altering the specification of E marked or BS stamped end cans with increasingly heavy fines.
The product should be available for sale now and also in the pipeline is a Y piece which should be a superb quality item and much cheaper than than any currently available.
I would like to mention that I am in no way connected with JB Racing or Quill but can`t fail to be impressed with the quality of their products and the amount of research, thought and engineering that goes into their products. Also they areBRITISH and the Union Jack emblem is lovely!

GT. Looking at their site it looks like the 1150 versions come with Y-piece as part of the total price...
At least, I presume "c/w" means that.
prices seem to vary from £313.19 +vat for stainless oval to 374.47 + vat for titanium.
Was interested to hear your views on melting indicators and panniers... after reading all the various threads on y pieces/cans it has somewhat put me off doing anything about changing from std setup ...

HERE! that's mi bike!

Hello everybody, so you've spotted the T3 allready have you? Well G/T is right, i spent all day up at JB Racing testing the T3 and it is an excelent bit of kit! it's given me more midrange, it's pop's only quietly on overrun, and it's road leagal!

power outputs

How come it makes most power when keeping the cat?
I thought the cat was the most restrictive part in the exhaust sysytem:confused:
Is that not why everyone fits a Y piece?

yeah the graph does show a slight loss at the top, but the diffrence midrange is quite a lot, removing the cat get's rid of that dip which it show's on the graph.

I got one fitted at JB racing this week to my existing Andycam Y piece and it's the dogs danglers.
It sounds as quiet as a Y piece and standard can at low revs but when you get past 3000 then it roars.
The power delivery is much smoother throughout the range.

Ace service - rode up to get the end of the Y piece measured and they built me one and fitted it there and then. Very good price too as I already had the y piece.
