R1150GS TT lights

On the TT site I see a picture of these but I don't see them for sale anywhere. Anyone know if they're still available and, if so, how many children I have to sell to purchase them?

I'm going to obviously try and go through the site too

TT told me they don't make them any more and they've removed the picture from the site

So... what replacement lights are there? Not HIDs or better bulbs for the OE units. Actual replacements. I've smashed the glass so I'm looking to replace with something else.

These are basically hella units available from any good hella dealer.

Ummmm - I emailed them the other day but they said they don't do the 1150 kit any more They used to make an almost identical looking custom mounting bracket and I'm guessing that it had custom mounts for the Hellas. That may be what this is a picture of. I don't suppose you know the Hella part numbers do you please?

Don't know the part numbers but it should be easy enough to speak to a hella distributor to find out. They are a lamp for buses iirc, about 110mm.

Alternatively, buy a cheap secondhand set of standard lights, it'll work out about the same money by the time you've fecked about with trying to get the Hellas to fit. Hi beam is fairly simple, is the dipped beam that is a bugger as it needs fecking about with the mounts.

There seems no such thing as a cheap 2nd hand set £100 for a 2nd hand light is taking the piss. The price of a new one has my wallet shouting 'RAPE'. I've got all the front off now so I'll just try and see if I can source it somewhere else... or go and nick one from a bus...
