hi mate not sure what you are asking but ,if you want yours rebuilding try firefox racing in keithley west yorkshire they do a good job at a good price ,if you cant find them let me know and i will find you there phone number

I have hagons ordered and need to know how to remove them fast and safely. Torque settings etc

Torque for the front is 47Nm upper 50Nm for the lower.
Rear - 50Nm.
If you haven't figured out how to change them though...perhaps a local workshop would be a safer option.

Its no problem for me to do. Am just asking to save some time. Wow torque settings are fairly high. Thread lock too ?

Its no problem for me to do.

Remove 3 bolts and one nut, remove shocks.

Refit new shocks, refit 4 bolts and one nut then tighten until tight enough not to fall off.

Hope this helps, it should be efficient enough
