Rainbow..................Again!

My first dealings with Rainbow, and I can fully understand why they receive so much praise. I ordered a Wunderlich part from them in March. Dave in the parts department was very helpful. He advised me that it might not be in stock so he would check first and then get back to me. He phoned back when he said he would, gave me accurate information on the availability of the part and then contacted me when it arrived. He said he would get it out this Wednesday and it should be with me by Thursday. He was spot on, Parcelfarce delivering said item yesterday morning.

Top marks to Dave and Rainbow for their excellent service. Touratech could learn a lot from them.
