Random Guzzi Shit

I always lokied theV7s. Its a shame they're so low powered.

The new ones do have a bit more ooomph and they are considerably lighter than all the other bikes in thate test but the low power was what put me off too. I wanted to do a bit of two up riding too so I went for the 1200 Sport instead.

I'm enjoying the tinkering with my Cali' 3, much as I have with my FJ1200.

Must ride it more:blast

V7

Well I'm loving my V7 and I find the power more than enough for the type of riding I do, mostly solo and short distance weekend runs at the moment but will put more miles on come the spring. Obviously all bikes are a compromise of one sort or another but I decided having spent the last 10+ years on adventure bikes from R80GS to 1200GS and most GS's in between and more recently Ktm Adventure , I wanted something lighter and more manageable. Looking forward to some longer distance trips later this year maybe even some light off roading in the Pyrenees. Really surprised you don't see many V7's out there, think more people should try it, they could well be pleasantly surprised!

MkII Le Mans

It looks to be a good honest bike, but with only 8 hrs to go it's had no bids. At £4,800 I'm surprised, seems a bargain to me

Looks like a nice buy and (now I'm sounding like Voldemort) if I had a garage and £5k at the moment I'd definately be whacking a bid on.

I have this on my `watch` list also as I reckoned it would be a bargain at that price judging how the MK2`s have been dragged up by the Mk1`s lately. I reckon it will go for £5500 to £6000.

nice bike. i like that all the original bits are preserved. not silly money :)

Nice bike alright. There's one bid on it at the moment. The smaller instrument binnacle would look better on it in my opinion though..I'm amazed at the prices these are fetching now.. Mine is only a few months away from being finished. Mk II 1981 aswell. Can't wait to get it out on the road:cool:

That's gonna look lovely - I'm not usually a fan of coloured seats but that Corbin looks rather good :)

Thanks Andres.. I have three seats for this. The original foam one and a nice Giulari which needs to be recovered. I picked up this corbin on ebay a few years ago and not 100% sure about it..Its growing on me but I think the Giulari recovered in black would look the best...
