Random Guzzi Shit

I changed the pads on the front right disc today on my Cali' 111. Jesus, why don't all manufacturers have rubber gaitors over the pistons. Easiest and cleanest pad change I've ever done.

My new Calli

Well I have done a bit of work since this picture was taken, gone is the yellow fuel pipe, replaced with a new crossover piece, carbs had a clean and rebuild, taps cleaned, new chromed rear light mount and light, new choke cables and throttle cables, it runs rather well, oil leak cured, it was the breather pipe to the air box from the gearbox,
Had a run on it, and it runs great, but it needs new dampers in the front fork, an easy job on guzzi's, as it's just a damper insert, not to expensive either, will sort it out once pay day arrives!

I also noted that the linked brakes are no longer linked, so will have to re instate that, must admit I struggled with the gear change due to the foot boards, better once I changed gear as normal! :thumb

At the other end of the scale, heres my 75 T3....

For a T3 its reasonably quick, because everything heavy has been taken off!

40 mm Bings... Came off a friends classic racer about 10 years ago. Run great, just don't leave the fuel on as it'll empty the tank....
