Andy, I was trying to forget that:( - you've gone and brought it all flooding back:tears:tears:tears
I must admit I treat the the bit of road at the top of Glen Lochay with great respect nowadays:bow - but the Glen Lyon road & Ben lawers road are still great.
See you Saturday:thumb2

Cheers................Grizzly:beerjug:

Looking like I might get away to make this, so hopefully see you guys tomorrow afternoon. :thumb

good few bikes turned up. :thumb2

Cracking weather and great roads. I came back the same way as Gerry. I'm glad I did. Great wee run that is :beerjug:

Great Day Oot

Crackin' day - Glenlyon looking it's best. Came back over Lawers road with AndyT and Den, stopped in Kenmore to admire some Irish classic Jaguars on tour and AndyT treated us to ice lolly:thumb - saw Gerry & Scott cruising through while we were there. Den & I came over Glen Quaich then split at Amulree.

See You All Soon...........Grizzly:beerjug:

Excellent run. Went back through Aberfeldy and over the Tay Charlie & Ewan style on the old railway bridge at Kinnaird Estate. Got plenty looks from folks having picnics on the riverbank as the boards were making plenty noise!
The Slow Worm in the bank at the Tearoom was a good find. Pedant's hat on - it's lizard without legs, not a snake. Snakes lay eggs, their young are born alive.

What a crackin day oot

I really enjoyed today, great weather, great company and great roads. Had a chance to get a few more miles on my new Tiger 800 and what a great wee bike it is too. I left Grizzly and Den in Kenmore and went home voia, Aberfeldy, Pitlochory, Glenshee and the south Deeside road to Banchory. Saw 2 large BMW groups on eat Pitlochory and one on Glenshee at the Spittal.

As Grizzly says we stopped for ice creams at Kenmore and aw some fantastic old Jaguars especially one particular E-Type which had been converted in New Zealand by a company called Beachams who take out the engine and front suspension and put in a super charged 4 Litre V8 from the New XKR. They also put the interior and electrics from the XKR into the etype and although no longer a true classic its a far better car. You should have heard it too (box of tissues required). The owner had 2 cars the Burgandy XK120 DHC and this V8S E-Type DHC.

Gerard, you should have stopped and had a look at these - just wonderful.

Thanks for organising once again Ronnie:thumb2:thumb2:thumb2
