Off to Poland in a week for a mates wedding so gave the rear bearing the once over.
Fitted the new seal easy enough except I pushed it too far so its now sitting further back than the one that I took out. Feck. That'll teach me to not think about what I'm doing.
So what does the panel think? For peace of mind I'm thinking I should remove it and re-apply - though would result in me probably destroying the seal when removing it. Not the worlds worst mistake (esp as I have a spare seal)
Though took the bike for 50 mile run and its not leaked the only bit that concerns me is it rubbing on the bearing at the back, though given the inside deals with the main drive shaft spinning at god knows what speed should be ok.
