As the Sale of Goods Act or Consumer Rights Act gives me the opportunity to reject a product if the retailer failed to rectify the defect after one attempt, what are the chances of me rejecting my 2014 GS LC?
The goosed rear shock is the straw which breaks the camels back, but as they had one attempt to recitify the defective engine paint and the replacement engine, which was fitted in May, is now also suffering the same signs of corrosion, I'm now at the point where I'm going to try to reject the bike.
I reported the shock absorber during the warranty period when it was temperamental, but they couldn't a fault. I'm damned if I'm now going to pay £1500 for a replacement after 15k miles
