It's Keighley The owner lives at the end of the street from me and I work with his stepdaughter, but I suspect it's a fault with the ESA control module rather than the shock itself
That said having been a founding member of the "Reject my BMW club" - did it in 2004 and 2013 - and now having a rather fine KTM (that does not rattle) I do not find the need to come back into the BMW section to gloat - tempting though it is
