My point is that "I is wellard, innit" so intend to keep riding for as long as possible.
As I cannot do anything about the creaky bones and joints then putting less pressure on them will allow things to continue for another year or so.
Any techno improvements to make controls easier, bum softer, etc could be welcome additions.
Bem... A couple of years ago, I found myself with a similar problem. Following a pretty big smash whilst racing enduro I had, amongst other injuries, a smashed up left hand (broken bones, snapped tendons, crushed thumb, nerve damage, etc). As the rest of me healed, it was the left hand that kept me off the bikes.
I tried everything! I put a Rekluse in the enduro bike (for road use) but hated it. It made the clutch bite point and pressure very variable. To be fair, I couldn't hold on to the bars properly at this point.
Things that worked for me: Africa Twin with DCT for a few months.
KTM 690 Duke (2017)... This bike has the lightest clutch ever! The whole bike is super light.
As my hand improved I changed my Twin Cam to a water cooled GS. From my research, these have a very light clutch for a big bike. GSAP gets used a lot too!
Sorry for the rambling post... I'm suggesting that you already have a bike with a light clutch, if it becomes intolerable for you, then I think the suggestion of a DCT bike is the best. If you must have a proper clutch, then maybe look at a KTM. There are Rekluses available for most of their bikes. Those TT shocks will always have a good second hand value.
