Hi all, over on the 1200 page, there's an inteersting thread about fuel remapping as done by Hilltop Motorcycles. Some amazing results, it seems with 25% power increases.
Anyone had this done on an 800?

I found something on Advrider or f800riders where someone from the US had done something. The attached youtube video showed a power wheely in 2nd geer. But unfortunately I didn't bookmark it, and have not been able to find it again.

Casper, are you sure it wasn't the video from Brazil where some guy claimed to have made amazing power gains but the product used was not on the market?
He was doing the high speed riding in normal traffic.

Sounds a little ambitious for JUST a remap. In combination with other mods thats easily possible(and more).
THat would play havoc with your 65mpg:green gri

Yes and you definately wouldnt see 70 MPG + in and scenario ;)

Personaly I wouldnt want to tune-change more than I have (akropovic-K&N-De-catt) I thought about the sprockets but they are standard and work well for me :thumb2

For me it has enough and what it has over the years, riding slow or fast its how it is and I like it just so :D :D I would not want to add more power at no point for massive reduction in MPG.

My bro inlaw has a Triumph Tiger 8 tripple heaps of power (35% ish MORE) 3 more litres in his tank and still has to refill before me! :blast And I dont mind waiting for him at the end of the twisties :D
