I did edinburgh to hilltop and back in a day....
Had fish and chips from that chippy and I can honestly say I've never seen so much in a portion in all my life...most of it went in the bin

Thinking of getting mine done as soon as I get new downpipe minus cat
Maybe a few of us can get a discount ?

as the bike came with a motoradd warranty
if i get the remap done would it invalidate the warranty and would it show up when they plug the bike in to their diagnostic computerr .

Give these a try. I've no personal experience but had them recommended a couple of years ago.

Could be worth a phone call. If they can't help, its a day out to Hilltop.

I get mine MOT'd here
they will do you a remap, they have a dyno and a do other remaps
will they give you what Hilltop will give you??????

no idea

give them a ring and see what they can offer.

I didn't use them as I went for a hilltop remap myself and enjoyed the ride down there.

Yes potentially if the engine blew up and you had told them about it and no it apparently does not show up on their diagnostic computerrrrr.

London from South Devon for a legal meeting and back in a day is no problem on the GS. So Wirral to Northampton should be a breeze.

Having seen the experience Geoff has at hilltop that's where you need to be
Transformed my bike from one I was close to selling into a keeper

A bit like the "secretary at Durham University" as the occupation of the wife in "Better Homes" magazine........

I also get my mot's done at hammer and tongs.
They're OK for simple stuff and they do have a dyno but they usually faff around with sports bikes and dyno jets. There have also been some 'mixed' reports from people in our local bike club. I wouldn't get a remap done there...

Got my 2014 GS done at Hilltop today. Started at 104 bhp and 79 lbft and ended at 119 bhp and 90 lbft.
Riding back the pick-up is 10x better and the smoothness is night and day, very little vibration through the bars. Top end not so much change but revs really cleanly from down low, biggest change is a top gear roll on. Bike runs with full Akraprovic system.

Geoff writes the program beside the BM software so it will not be overwritten by a dealer reflash and unless they specifically look for it they will not see it.

Edit: Oops wrong section

They fitted my power commander and did a custom map on that. A top job was done on both counts.

this hilltop remap, what exactly could I expect from it? I have a 2013 gsa 90th edition so its a 2012 model, and its a bit flat half way through the rev range and then it picks up again after that, is this something that can be addressed? my exhaust etc is all as standard.
