Pry off the plastic cap on the housing at the base of the mirror's stem (located on top of the handlebar housing) to find the screw. Use an allen key to tighten or loosen the stem - it's threaded just the opposite of conventional.
The left side mirror is conventionally threaded and the nut is on the bottom of the stem. Go figure.
