remus exhaust customer service

i have a full remus carbon hexecone exhaust system on my 08 GSA its been on about 2yrs and done about 5k mls, the end can has started to rattle and sounds like a tractor and seems like the baffle has collapsed is it worth pursuing with remus even though its out of warranty? anyone had any dealings with customer support?

My experience is that carbon cans on big twins is not a good idea. The exhaust pulses tend to blow them to bits.
