Remus pipes & stock can & panniers

I'm fitting remus pipes to remove the cat but keeping the stock silencer. I'm also buying panniers. Do the remus pipes alter the position or angle of the can, or can I get panniers which fit the stock exhaust ok?

No alteration of angles at all, been running with this configuaration for a while now and any panniers designed for the "stock" can will fit.
