I had the same thing happen to me, I was told yes they could repair it but wouldn't guarantee it and would be limited to a speed

I've ridden two rears to the end of their life having plugged them with the stop'N'Go kits. I would plug a front to get home but would then fit a new one to be safe. Having said that, in over 30 years of riding I have never had a puncture in a front. That's probably sealed my fate next time I'm out then....
