Replacement universal joint.

Has anyone found a source for a replacement universal joint for the series 7, (non Paralever), driveshaft?
I'm about to do a driveshaft 100mm extension which will entail removing the
existing UJ and I'd rather replace it with new when re-assembling.

Someone, somewhere , makes a slip on M/F splined extension piece which does the job, but I cant remember where I read about it.
