Having been mired in DVLA hell I have decided to take the plunge and change my KMH clock for a MPH one in order to get it registered as a UK bike.
Couldnt get hold of a s/h clock so ordered a new one from Moto Bins @ c. £100 delivered. Ouch, but there you go.
It hasnt arrived yet but ahead of this any tips on performing the speedo-ectomy? I will probably just dive in and have a look but is there anything to be wary of? Will I end up with a jack in the box style spring of components flying everywhere and a big pool of leaked miles and kilometres on the garage floor?
Will it be a high swear count job?
