Restoring system cases

I've got a set of system cases which have been knocking about in my sister's shed for a couple of years. They have become marked from rubbing against each other/other objects.

Is there a way of 'polishing' them to improve thier appearance?

give them a really good wash and dry then spray them with a silicone polish

the type used to restore plastic car bumpers will do the trick "back to black" or "bumper restore"


this stuff is great for restoring the look of all the black plastic parts on the bike too.... hand guards, mirrors, front & rear mudguard, etc...

the best way to apply it is to spray it onto a cloth then wipe the item.... best not to spray it onto the item cos it will give a patchy finish

Clean and rub down if necessary, then respray with Plasticote Satin finish black-come up like new.
