Hi, I bought a Schubert Concept two years ago and think that it is quite honestly the worst bit of kit that I have ever bought.
O.K. in summer but.....
In the winter it is continuously fogged up and when it rains the water comes into the helmet...
In the 17 years I have been riding I have never had this problem...
I sent the helmet back to germany where they fitted a new visor and told me that it had been adjusted!!!!
Take my advise and buy a Shoei I have had two and they are the best... I will also be rebuying a Shoei in the next few months as I can't face another dangerous winter caused by Schubert....

I know its not the same model as you, but I can't help but feel that if mine is that bad the new model won't be any better
Does anybody else who rides all year have the same problems as me??? ( I also use a fogcity but even with this it is dangerous)

Richie,

if you swapped the words 'Shoei' and 'Schuberth' in your post, you'd reflect my experience. I can't wear my Shoei at all without it fogging, but can't get the Concept to fog, no matter what the weather...... Just bought my 3rd one - best helmet I've ever owned!

Schubert - Shoei

You are not the first person to tell me that you like your Schubert. And I am happy for you. It just goes to show that different heads work in different ways in helmets. I would love to keep the Schubert as I like the fact that it flips up and has a sun visor. Why o why does mine not work properly I don't know.

And SCHUBERT don't even seem to be able to help... They even admitted to me that others also have the misting and rain problem... I have to stick to my original comment as for me it is the case...

I have a BM Sport integral (which I am pretty sure is made by Shuberth). I have fitted a hyperoptics Fog city to deal with fogging. I like the S1, nice and plush inside, but the Sport integral was £100 cheaper. The S1 was £280 in SPC when I last looked.
Ride safe:)

cheapest I,d seen was about £260 +pp of the internet !, when I phoned about them they were very vauge about weather they had the right markings/stickers to be legal in the U.K. , infinity motocycles wanted £350 take it or leave it ?

should have it Tuesday afternoon!.

:D :D
