Just been given a 7 year abandoned GS and it had this screen fitted. When I looked up the part number it turns out to the slipscreen deflective from a basic K100.
Just fitted it to my own bike and haven't had a chance to test it. Will let you all know if it makes any difference.

Here's how I found the bike. It had not been moved for 7 years and the area is overhung with trees. Bike had to be dragged out on siezed wheels and flat tyres by and and then manhandled onto a trailer. It was a Pantene moment...

Because she's worth it.

The second part of the story is that Jaythro is currently breathing life (like only a true GOD can) back into my old K100 and we will be entering into a hostage exchange program fairly shortly. So at least it will end up in a good home.

Nice one!

Ever since the Kawasaki was dumped down our lane I'm always hopeful I'll come home from work to find my next project there as well.

Must get the Kawasaki finished first though. :blast
