Screen mount problem

The insert for one of my screen mounting screws is turning, any ideas?

as in turns but wont rotate out?
the insert is broken away from its fittings, if this is happening .

my screen on my 1100 did the same, i had to pull out the insert with pliers then araldite the insert back in , this is still ok now

What position screw ??

1150, front right, one that doesn't adjust the rake of the screen.
