Screw and cable under seat

Just bought a 1150GS ADV and there is a cable ending at a 'loose' bolt, wrapped in sponge rubber, and cable-tied to the frame under the right hand side of the seat.
What is it please?

Bleed valve for the hydraulic clutch, so not a cable
