You'd have to re-wire the free ends using the block connectors which connect the HD speakers to the main unit harness, so as long as you're handy with a soldering iron, it's possible, after removing the 3.5mm jack.

Not sure if this will do, but it definitely fits the Sena 50s. Disconnect the speakers and use this, you need to get a short 3.5mm extender lead but they are easy to find.
