No specifically a R1200 thing, but when I bought my GSA it had a CTEK comfort panel fitted, the one with the 3 lights to show the battery condition..
After a 2 week trip, I had managed to lose the rubber cover protecting the pins.
I contacted a number of resellers to see if I could buy a replacement, no luck, ctek don't do it we don't do it.
So I emailed CTEK, requested if there was a way to acquire/pay for a replacement cover. They said no problems what is your address..
come home today, 2 rubber covers in the post, no request for payment, just sent. Yes they may not cost much but hey that is old fashion service in m book..
