SERVICE

Here here for Gary n boys.....trouble is ya come away with an extra 5 stone from biscuits and a Klim suit along with a compressor, tyre levers and four touratech bags.....arghhhhh....top guys tho at adventure bike warehouse.

What a load of bollox.....no offence. You can have your bike serviced anywhere under the warranty as long as BMW parts are used and they are VAT registered. The benefit of a good indie is you know the job will be done properly and the little things get checked and looked at.

Give Gary a call and www.adventurebikewarehouse.co.uk over in Manchester and get your bike serviced properly and also get some excellent banter if you fail to take biscuits. The money saved will buy you a few tanks of fuel and a few bacon and egg butties.

24k is a big service. Abs if not done in 2 years, alternator belt plugs etc. Not hard but the biggest so far in 24k history.....

Just had a 24k service including new alt belt, 4 new plugs etc. and the bill came to £282 at RGM.

Call Roy at RGM in Croston for a quote 01772 603781

Main dealer servicing is just God's way of pointing out that you have far too much money at your disposal.

okay so I have booked the bike in for the service and was talking to the mech / service manager/ tech and he said ride the bike up on the sat morning and they would lend me a bike while they did the service and I could collect the bike lateer on ,now I thought that to do the valve clearances the engine would have to be cold so I rang again today and told them I would rather drop the bike off the night before ,they were ok with this so why would the mech say otherwise .

Bikes cool down surprisingly quickly. And they then have to take the bike out for a run to warm it up so all the fluids can be changed. So probably swings n roundabouts if you have a loaner for the day.
