Sky Broadband?

Moving house this week and looking to get sky broadband as part of TV/phone/broadband package.
Anyone using it? Any good, bad or things to look out for?

Yep

I've got it, it has its ups and downs, the speed has dropped again this week. Sometimes it disconnects but most of the time it's good, better speed than pipex gave me for a better price. It took 4 months to leave pipex and another 4 months to get the refund. I was with them over 4 years. But like most things the're great until there's a problem then it's hours on the phone talking to someone who can't speak english.

i got fed up with dealing with an indian call center!... sorting simple issues became annoying having to follow the same list of procedures everytime i called even if it was 10 mins ago.. man i hate them indian call centers too much like hard work
