Just moved into a house and had Sky+ installed. The engineer asked which phone point was nearest to the sky box as a lead has to be connected. When the lead is connected we cannot receive incoming phone calls (no real hardship to me but I now have a family who like to talk to people). Anyway I disonnect the lead and we can accept incoming calls. I ring sky, they send an engineer out who tests all sky equipment and says all their stuff is OK; the problem must be BT. We have three phone points, all appear to be working, two have phones connected and the other one has the sky plug lying next to it.
Does anyone know if it is likely to be a BT fault or are sky talking out of their *rses?
