Those with memory longer than yesterday’s copy of the Beano, will remember that we (soft lads as we are) went camping in February.
From time to time, we’ve chatted about doing it again. So why not? Having this in mind, how about finding a weekend that coincides with a Six-Nation’s event, so we can watch it in the pub, as we did last time? If this suits everyone, this might work:
Friday 06 February - Arrive and have supper in the pub
Saturday 07 February - England v Wales KO 16:40 - Followed by a BBQ in the dark!
Sunday 08 February - Depart
Venue: I’d suggest a return to the Seven Stars pub and campsite, not least because:
A. We know it works
B. The campsite seems less likely to become a bog
