Something for the weekend sir?

Ah, that's just going to click into 1st - unlike modern BMWs which CLUNK :D :thumby::thumby:

Had the calipers aquablasted and coated in the same silver as the other bits on the bike,
New seal kits and o'rings for the pivots,
Got to get a couple more bits before they can be refitted

Hi dermot,
Hope you are enjoying the build photos:)
was discussing your bike today over a Cuppa, with Steve scrim.
It struck me as a bit weird, that the bikes we are building now will prob be heirlooms for the grandkids and barn finds ,long after we are gone.:(
Be good for another 40 years this one:thumb2

Hi Mike

I'd love to think I'll still be riding it in 40 years time - I'll only be 92 :D

I'm enjoying the thread immensley as is Amanda.
Talking of heirlooms my uncle had an Arial Square Four from new which I always said I wanted when he passed - unfortunately his immediate family sent all his bikes off to auction before I could make an offer on it - this one will, hopefully, stay in the family :thumby:

The plan is hopefully ,no wiring will be visible when the bike is parked.
So I have mounted it all on the left side of the frame, with plenty of room above the top tube for the harness and essential connectors.
